Josh Feldman Partner
Josh is a visionary filmmaker, storyteller and serial entrepreneur with more than two decades of experience building creative businesses and producing content across global markets.
As a founding member of Prodigious Africa for the Publicis Groupe, Josh helped build one of the continent’s first integrated production ecosystems, bridging entertainment, advertising and commerce. His career has included senior creative and production roles with Paramount and Endemol, alongside the development and production of major television formats including Survivor South Africa, Shark Tank South Africa, Clash of the Choirs, The Voice, and The Money Drop.
His recent documentary feature, animal., which he wrote, directed and co-produced, continues that trajectory through ambitious storytelling designed to challenge perspectives and reach audiences internationally.
As a Partner at D&G Companies, Josh brings his creative, entrepreneurial and production experience to the group’s media and entertainment interests. Through I Am Human, D&G’s media division, he leads the development of original film, television, documentary and commercial projects — building intellectual property and creative ventures with the potential to scale across markets.
Spencer Stanley Managing Partner
Spencer is the Founder and Managing Partner of D&G Companies, where he leads the group’s strategy, operations, investments and international business development.
With more than a decade of experience in B2B manufacturing, commercial leadership and business development, Spencer has built his career around identifying opportunities, developing strategic relationships and executing across complex commercial environments. His experience includes involvement in middle-market M&A transactions, corporate growth initiatives and the development of new business ventures.
At D&G, Spencer oversees activities across natural resources and commodities, private investments and strategic ventures. Working across the United States, Africa, Europe and the Middle East, he focuses on connecting capital, assets and counterparties while building long-term partnerships around compelling opportunities.
Spencer’s approach to D&G is entrepreneurial and hands-on: identify value, bring the right people together, structure the opportunity and execute.
Séanne van Horsten Partner
Séanne is a Partner at D&G Companies, where she focuses on the group’s natural resources, commodities and international business activities.
With experience across precious metals, mining, business development and entrepreneurship, Séanne has built a strong network spanning Africa, the Middle East and international markets. Based in Dubai, she works closely with producers, asset owners, buyers and strategic partners to identify and develop opportunities across the global commodities sector.
At D&G, Séanne plays an active role in opportunity origination, relationship development and transaction execution, with a particular focus on precious metals and mining. Her approach combines strong commercial relationships with an entrepreneurial mindset and a focus on building long-term value across D&G’s global network.
